When you request a catering quote we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), company name (optional), and your event details. We use this to answer your request and prepare a quote (legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract). We keep catering inquiries for up to 2 years so we can serve you better if you come back.

When you apply through our careers form we collect your name, email address, preferred location and whatever you tell us about yourself. We use this only to assess your application (legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a possible employment contract). We delete applications within 4 weeks after the process ends, unless you give us permission to keep yours on file for up to 1 year.

Our loyalty program runs through the Vegan Sushi Club app, available in the App Store and Google Play. Data you share in the app is governed by the privacy terms shown in the app and its store listing.

Online orders and table reservations are handled by external platforms: Sous (online ordering), GoTable and Tebi (reservations). When you order or book, you share your data directly with those platforms under their own privacy policies. We receive the information needed to prepare your order or reservation.

Our website fonts are hosted on our own server, so no font data is shared with third parties. The maps on our location pages are embedded from Google Maps; when a map loads, Google may process your IP address under Google's privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers.
